Russian Shabbaton

Sorry, registration is closed.

Annual Midwest Russian Shabbaton attracts students and young professionals from all over as it is the only event of its kind in the Midwest. At this weekend retreat we create a little Russian Jewish family that shares a similar story and heritage.

For 9 consecutive years Russian Hillel hosts Russian Shabbaton. More than 1000 young Russian Jews from all over the US, Canada and even Israel were touched by this experience, made friends for life and strengthen their Jewish identity.

If you are a Russian-speaking Jewish young adult between the ages of 18-27 years old - join us this February 3-5, 2012 for what has promised to be an incredible weekend!

The weekend will include: Shabbat dinner on Friday night, group workshops and discussions on inspiring topics, opportunity to meet and connect with Israeli young adults, intellectual games, music, indoor and outdoor sports, fun activities and much more!

Program begins on Friday, February 3rd at 6pm. Check in time starts at 2pm (Shabbat candle lighting is at 5:00pm).
Program ends on Sunday, February 5th at 12pm.

Registration:

  • $65 Early Registration (deadline Jan. 9, 2012)*
